Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of back-end development and database management.
- Hands-on experience with popular databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Proven ability in API development and integration — building reliable connections between different systems.
- Solid understanding of server-side architecture, data flow, and scalability.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
- Experience with automation and workflow tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for hosting and scaling applications.
- Competence in security best practices for handling sensitive data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong written grammar and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop the back-end architecture of our new web application.
- Manage and optimize databases to ensure fast and secure performance.
- Implement API integrations to connect multiple platforms and services.
- Support the team in automating workflows between systems.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and designers to bring our application to life.
