Position Overview
Diamond Trust is hiring a Security Operations Centre (SOC) Analyst to join our head office team. The main purpose of this role is to address security incidents, conducting in-depth analysis to ensure their resolution. Position Overview
Diamond Trust is hiring a Security Operations Centre (SOC) Analyst to join our head office team. The main purpose of this role is to address security incidents, conducting in-depth analysis to ensure their resolution. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise and a passion for cybersecurity.
Job Purpose
The SOC Analyst is responsible for managing detected security incidents, performing thorough analysis, and leading investigations until closure to safeguard the organization’s systems and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor security systems and logs for suspicious activities.
- Analyze the effectiveness of the Bank’s security measures.
- Ensure all networks have adequate security to prevent unauthorized access.
- Recognize successful or potential intrusions and compromises by reviewing and analyzing relevant event details.
- Launch and track investigations to resolution.
- Identify attacks based on their signatures and differentiate false positives from true intrusion attempts.
- Document incidents, investigations, outcomes, and prepare reports for management and compliance purposes.
- Actively investigate the latest security vulnerabilities, advisories, incidents, and penetration techniques, notifying relevant teams as needed.
- Conduct configuration reviews of information security devices.
- Collaborate with ICT, ICT audit, and risk teams to enhance defenses.
- Manage vulnerabilities and patches to maintain robust security.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or ICT studies.
- At least one of the following certifications: ECSA, CEH, CCNA Security, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or OSCP.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in SOC or cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in incident management and response.
- Hands-on experience in threat intelligence and threat hunting to detect and respond to advanced threats.

Job Title: Assistant Manager-Credit Risk
Location: Head OfficeJob Title: Assistant Manager-Credit Risk
Job Purpose:
The holder will be responsible for independent monitoring of Credit Risk activities undertaken by the Bank, assess and analyze the performance of Credit operations, ensure that the Credit operations are in compliance with Policies and procedures established by the Bank, Board’s directives, prudential guidelines and circulars issued by the Bank of Tanzania.
Key Responsibilities
- Review the loan book growth trends and its bifurcation into performing, especially mentioned, restructured, non-performing, written off portfolio, secured and unsecured.
- Review concentration risk in the loan book including credit risk exposures by sector, geography, currency, borrower, maturity, product, on and off-balance sheet.
- Review robustness of credit underwriting process including credit rating/scoring models used and ensure conformance with policies and procedures.
- Review adequacy of loan classifications and loan provisions.
- Review NPL containment strategies including top 20 exposures, management of ESM accounts and NPLs, adequacy of security cover and recovery strategies and cure rates.
Candidate Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
- Other professional qualifications or certifications in credit management is desirable and will add more advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience within the Banking Sector.
- At least 2 years of experience within Credit operations.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Detailed understanding of the risks associated with Credit in the banking business.
- Able to produce quality work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
