- Certificate, diploma, or degree in insurance, business administration, marketing, sales, or equivalent training.
- Insurance Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage.
- Strong ambition to earn high income through successful sales performance.
- Experience in selling insurance or other financial services is required.
- Willingness to offer customer service in various locations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Ability to perform accurate calculations.
- Strong persuasion and customer relationship skills.
- Willingness to work at the Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar offices.
