Numbers Associates is a Firm dealing with Accounting, Auditing, Tax, Company secretarial and Business consultation. We are looking for a Storekeeper who will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the store, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe working environment for operations continues improvement and workshop.
Storekeeper Job Opportunity at Numbers Associates
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, tools, consumables, PPEs etc.
- Conduct Monthly stock taking excise
- Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Ensure proper material and products labeling, stacking, and storage to prevent damage and loss.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the warehouse area.
- Maintain records of GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), Delivery notes, Invoices, and Gate Passes, and bin cards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Implement proper handling of hazardous or sensitive materials.
- Adhere to good manufacturing practice guideline/policies
- Lead warehouse staff including storekeepers, helpers, loaders, and off loaders etc.
- Conduct training and performance evaluations for the team members (when applicable).

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Procurement and Supply Chain.
- 2-3 years working experience
- Experience working with Materials ERP systems like SAP, Odoo etc. is a plus.

Numbers Associates is a Firm dealing with Accounting, Auditing, Tax , Company secretarial and Business consultation. We are looking for an experienced Accountant who will be performing a variety of accounting roles for the company ( Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables as well as ensuring statutory compliance)
Main duties:-
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded
- Prepare financial statement and cash flow reports to support business decisions making
- Monitor and reconciliation of the accounts receivables as account payables
- Ensure monthly submission of statutory returns (PAYE, SDL, VAT, WTH)
- Establish and mantain good working relationships with Banks and other Financial institutions
- Maintain consistency of payment terms for all vendors invoices and other accounts payable transactions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree in Accounts, Finance or related field (CPA or equivalent professional certificate is an added advantage)
- 3+years of Proven work experience in Accounting and Finance
- Adequate knowledge of Accounting software (Tally, Quick book, SAP etc)
