Internship Alert: Intern – Billing Assistant (6 Months)
Ready to gain real-world experience in Accounts Receivable? Viaservice Tanzania is hiring an Intern – Billing Assistant for a dynamic 6-month role in Dar es Salaam!
This is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate to dive into the core of finance and billing operations.
Key Learning & Responsibilities:
- Preparing and issuing proforma invoices to clients.
- Assisting with complex invoice reconciliation and data verification.
- Verifying demurrage and discharge dates for container logistics.
- Maintaining and updating essential pricing trackers (bulk & special prices).
- Supporting the team in handling client billing inquiries.
