Professional Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in financial services or banking, with a focus on:

• Proven track record in:

• Making sound lending decisions

Technical and Analytical Skills

• Strong ability to:
• Interpret financial statements
• Perform cashflow analysis
• Evaluate creditworthiness
• Familiarity with:
• Regulatory compliance
• Up-to-date knowledge of market trends
• Institutional products and services

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong integrity and organizational ability
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
