HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking to recruit a reliable, organized, and results-driven Courier Manager to join a reputable logistics and delivery company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily courier operations, managing delivery teams, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of parcels, and maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day courier and delivery operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage courier staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and training.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service and cost efficiency.
- Monitor parcel tracking systems and resolve delivery issues promptly.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure service satisfaction and address complaints effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and traffic regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure proper utilization of delivery assets.
- Support the continuous improvement of logistics processes and service standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in courier, logistics, or delivery management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics or delivery management software.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of local routes and logistics operations regions.

HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for an Accountant who will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting efficient financial operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Assist in preparing financial statements and coordinating audits
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Utilize ERP and accounting software including Tally to streamline financial activities
- Ensure timely submission of tax returns and statutory filings
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and analysis
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and uphold ethical accounting practices
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification (mandatory)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and Tally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
