Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in Secretarial Studies from a recognized institution.
- Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities\
- Proficiency in basic office computer applications
- Professional demeanor and strong customer-service orientation
- Experience Experience in a corporate setting will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing front desk and general secretarial duties
- Reporting directly to the Office Administrator
- Managing basic office cleaning tasks and ensuring cleanliness is maintained at all times
- Supporting daily administrative operations as required.
