1. ZONE MANAGER
Our client, a nonprofit foreign branch is looking to hire a qualified
and experienced Zone manager to manage the development and continuous
improvement of the company’s work while focusing on achieving maximum
reach of the most vulnerable populations through effectively
implementing the technology and business models, and by working closely
with multiple stakeholders
Will be responsible for setting monthly goals and targets in to improve
business operations in Tanzania and manage field staff operations,
including but not limited to, scheduling of activities, work plans,
expenses, travel logistics, and HR issues nafasi za kazi
Expand product sales targets by engaging with stakeholders across the milling, maize and fortification industries.
Engage with TFDA, TBS, MoH, TRA, and any other necessary government
agencies, to ensure that the company is best positioned to achieve
maximum performance
Assist management to develop project plans, budgets, financial models,
grants, and concept notes and run pilot projects to test new business

Install and conduct standard troubleshooting and analysis of the
fortification technology at the mill, and perform basic repairs when
required.
Drive to field locations regularly for monitoring and strategic meetings (up to 2 weeks at a time).
Must have at least 3 years of experience working in the field of
distribution, supply chain management, logistics, sales/marketing and
experience managing sales/setting sales strategies, specifically for
rural and peri-urban markets
Highly computer literate with a proficient working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

2. Receptionist:
Our client, a real estate is looking to hire a receptionist to manage the reception area.
Will be responsible for answering telephone calls and directing callers to the appropriate personnel.
Welcoming visitors to the office and introducing them to the appropriate personnel.
Overseeing the general appearance of the office, as well as keeping supplies well stocked.
Age 30 to 40 year

3. ACCOUNTANT.
Our client, an International NGO is looking for a qualified candidate to process, monitor and report on all Tanzanian financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, inventory and fixed assets.
Manage petty cash planning and disbursements, payables, receivables, payroll and statutory payments.
Manage all TZ tax filings to ensure compliance including managing interfaces with TZ firm, US accounting firm (Hocheiser) and TRA.
Should have excellent knowledge of and familiarity with US GAAP standards, internal control elements and procedures, as well as Tanzanian accounting practices, and tax laws with Strong computer skills including NetSuite or other mid-market integrated ERP system.
The qualified candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics with CPA, post-graduate chartered/professional membership (or equivalent) of a recognized international financial institution, or equivalent and 3+ years in a senior finance role, with demonstrated experience developing, monitoring and enforcing strong internal financial controls.

5. ESTATE MANAGER.
Our client, an Outdoor Media company is looking for a qualified candidate to plan and execute the overall plan for management of company assets portfolio located in local governments, road agencies and private landlords which will involve acquisition and retention of locations, stakeholder relationship management, contract management, budget development and compliance, cross departmental meetings and direct supervision of specialized employees of the Estate department.
To reduce overall departmental costs through a combination of long- and short-term strategies and execution plans that deliver low rentals, eliminate double taxation and positively impact overall the overall budget.
Manage security and safety aspects of the estate department and Conduct routine departmental meetings and stakeholder meetings and contribute to efficient running of the estate department.
The qualified candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management with Minimum 10 years’ experience in this type of job role of which 5 years must be in senior managerial position.
