INTRODUCTION SOS
Children’s Villages Tanzania with Registration Number I-NGO/R2/0005, is a locally registered Non-Gov­ernmental Organization registered under the Non-Governmental Organization Act No 24 of 2002 of Tanzania and its subsequent amendments committed to support children who have lost parental care and those at the risk of losing parental care and implements its programs in Zanzibar, Arusha, Dar es Salaam, Mwanza and Irin- ga.

SOS Children’s Villages invites applications from all interested Bidders from competent and eligible suppliers for supply of goods mentioned below, indicating that they have capacity to supply the said goods.

• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information in relation to this tender from SOS Children’s Vil­lages, National Office, White Star Tower, Ground Floor Wing B, Kiko Avenue, Mikocheni, P.0 Box 80462, Dar es Salaam, from 0800 to 1600 hours local time on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
• Bids shall be opened soon thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend physically or virtually the bid opening that will take place at National Office. Any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
• Completed bid documents in one original plus two (2) copies properly filled in, should be submitted in a plain sealed envelope and physically deposited in the tender box situated at the above-mentioned Office, so as to be received on or before Thursday 08th February 2024 at 11:00am.
