**Key Responsibilities:**
– Marketing Outreach: Spearhead marketing efforts targeting distributors, wholesalers, hotels, and lodges to enhance brand visibility and product availability.
– Team Leadership: Efficiently lead, manage, and develop a diverse team of 20+ sales personnel and drivers, ensuring high performance and motivation.
– Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets while implementing strategies to increase market share and profitability.
– Strategic Development: Create innovative marketing and distribution strategies to position Azura and other beverages as market leaders at both regional and national levels.
– Distribution Management: Oversee the logistics of product distribution to ensure timely and efficient delivery across various channels.

– Experience: 5+ years in a similar role within the FMCG environment with verifiable references.
– Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and lead a sales team independently, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
– Technical Proficiency: IT skills, including a good understanding of Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage reports and communications effectively.
– Team Player Mentality: A collaborative approach with a self-motivated drive to meet targets and exceed expectations.
– Driving License: Valid driving license is required.
– Resilience: Ability to thrive under pressure while accepting constructive criticism positively.
